With a 1-1 record in professional boxing, having lost to ‘The Problem Child’ but avenged a prior defeat against ‘Gamebred’, the renowned Stockton fighter currently has no upcoming matches scheduled.
And it seems the buzz about a potential boxing match with Poirier won`t change Diaz`s current fightless status.
During a social media exchange with fans, the former interim UFC lightweight champion addressed a question about the rumored boxing encounter with Diaz.
Poirier simply replied, «Crickets,» suggesting that his former UFC colleague isn`t actively pursuing the fight.

While there`s clearly no official dialogue occurring, Diaz did post something on social media that seemed to be a subtle jab at Poirier.
